Getting Started

General Procedure:
In general you have to get a visa to visit Bangladesh otherwise may collect an Arrival Visa / Landing Permit from the respective entry point of BD(Air/Sea/Land)
Country List : All citizens except Israel.
Requirement of Visa : In general in which countries there is no Bangladesh Embassy they can fly to BD with Arrival Visa.
Visa Category : Now Bangladesh Government issues the visa to below category:

• Needs to be apply work permit within 15dates.
Arrival Visa :
Listed Countries : USA , Canada , Europe , Australia , Hong Kong , Taiwan , South Korea , Japan and in which countries there is no Bangladesh Embassy.
Not listed Countries : India , Pakistan , Srilanka China and other Asian countries.
N. B. :
i. Taiwanese citizens will always get Arrival Visa with 50 US$ payment.
ii. Citizens of some Asian countries may get Arrival Visa if BGMEA (Bangladesh Garments Manufacturing Export Authority) issues an Invitation Letter in favor to the visitor. It has a cost of 500taka.
Cost : BGMEA letter : 500 taka, Arrival Visa : 50US$
Advise : Please contact before your departure to BD. Because you need to get an Invitation Letter in favor to you to face any asking by Immigration officer at your departure airport.

:: War Cemetery
It is a graveyards of the warrior’s who died in the world war from 1939 to 1945 in Chittagong areas. There are 755 graves in this graveyard of the great warriors. In this well-preserved cemetery at a quiet and pleasing place within the city lie buried in eternal peace over 700 soldiers from British, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, India, Myanmar, East and West Africa, The Netherlands and Japan who laid down their lives on the Myanmar front during the 2nd World War.
